Lodging Details

*Please note: the discounted rate does not include passes to the Springs Water Park. Passes can be purchased for $50 per night per room.
Registration Deadline
Register by September 6, 2024 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after September 6, 2024 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before September 6, 2024 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 6, 2024. Cancellations must be received in writing at WPA@badgerbay.co.
