WPA 2026 Spring Conference Vendor Registration

WPA invites you to join us March 12-14, 2026 at The Osthoff Resort for the 2026 WPA Annual Conference! We are excited to provide an opportunity for your company to reach psychiatrists from across the state of Wisconsin. Additionally, we are pleased to offer both exciting exhibit and sponsorship opportunities as a way to network and showcase your products and services. • Exhibit Only: $1,500 

Lodging Information:  Reserve your overnight accommodations before February 13, 2026 to receive the WPA group rate of $169 plus taxes and fees. To make reservations, call the Osthoff Resort at 800-876-3399 and mention the WI Psychiatric Association.  Rooms can also be booked online at www.osthoff.com, by selecting "reserve" in the top right corner. After selecting dates, at the bottom of the rooms selection page, there is a "Change Request" selection that will offer the option to enter the group code. WPA’s group ID is 219490. 

Registration Deadline & Cancellations: Register by March 1 to ensure your company will be recognized on printed materials. Cancellations and requests for refund must be received by March 1, 2026 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after March 1.
